Shipping Information

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Please note: Import
taxes, duties and related customs fees may be added on at checkout, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our available shipping methods depend on where the package is being sent.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

We aim to process your order within 24 hours of your purchase. With that being said, things happen and it could take up to 7 days to receive your package. Some items are also made on demand which can also increase shipping times.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holiday seasons and sales events. Orders will be shipped Monday though Friday; please note that we do not ship orders out on weekends.

Orders and Returns

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order may be eligible for return after it is received.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

We are currently developing a self serve return process but until that's complete please email us at returns@mazway.co

WHAT IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVED ARE INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?

Please email us at info@mazway.co. Title the subject 'Incorrect/Damaged' and include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to either your original form of payment or to your account as described in our shipping policy. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return in 30 days, please contact us at info@mazway.co and your bank/credit card company.
